Photo Printing
How long does it take?
All standard photo printing of Online and Kiosk orders
are generally completed within 24hrs. However, if you
need your prints urgently, please ask, and we will do
our best to accommodate.
What makes you better?
Unlike all the consumer electronics stores that print
photos as a loss leader with the hope of selling you a
toaster, we're the real deal.
We are printing photos because we care. Every image that comes into our store is checked by one of our technicians, colour corrected and digitally optimised for the best result. We only use the best ingredients available to ensure your prints will last for generations to come!
Artists
Can you copy my artwork?
Yes, we photograph most artworks and produce either a digital file or reproduction on your choice of the output medium, such as cotton smooth and textured rag or canvas.
Files are super high resolution and fully colour calibrated, ready for reproduction.
How long does it take?
Generally, we'll have the artworks digitised within the same week; if you require the job done promptly, please call to check lead times. We will work with you to accommodate if it's practical.
How do I receive my files?
Most artists are happy for us to share a Dropbox link, or we can supply it on a USB if you'd rather.
Professional Photographer
How do you guarantee the quality?
We chat with you before we get started to understand your needs better. All printing is done on our state-of-the-art Epson pigment-based Giclee printers. Typically professionals will be colour calibrated, so we don't have to correct the images. However, we will double-check to make sure there are no issues on the fly for your work.
What is the turnaround?
Most print jobs are completed the same day or overnight. Understandably, we would require more time if it's a bulk order. Please give us a call to have a chat in advance.
Photo Restoration
Will my original photo be returned or damaged?
All restorations are reproductions. We never retouch the original photograph.
Original photographs are always returned as-is.
We will photograph or scan the original before starting the digital restoration. When complete, you will receive a remastered version on our premium archival photographic paper.
How long does it take?
Usually up to six weeks, Please have a chat if it's super urgent.; we'll do our best to accommodate.
Passport Photos
Do I need an appointment?
No, simply pop into Photopro Mon-Fri 9-4.45 pm.
How long do passport photos take?
We generally do them while you wait. You'll be in and out within ten minutes.
How many photos do I receive?
We generally print four photos to the specifications required, all in the same size; however, for an extra fee, we can supply additional images or other dimensions at the time.
Can I get an electronic copy?
Yes. We can save it to USB or via email for an additional fee.
What is the quality like?
We are all photographers; therefore, we use and understand our professional equipment. You will be delighted with our photo standard.
Do you do all countries?
We use licenced software to produce the correct requirement for whichever country is specified.

Canvas Printing
How long do they take?
We require up to ten days to complete a professionally printed and framed canvas print.
Will they last?
Using the best aqueous pigment inks and Ilford professional canvas allows us to offer something that will last generations. Additionally, every canvas is coated in a waterproof UV membrane to enhance longevity.
